Welcome to AutismRecoverySystem.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by Health Training Associates, LLC  (“ARS,” “HTA”, “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing, purchasing, enrolling in, or using this Site, its educational materials, membership content, private forums, downloadable resources, videos, courses, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site.

1) Acceptance of Terms

By using this Site, creating an account, purchasing a membership or any related Service, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
  • Agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions
  • Understand that the content provided is educational and informational in nature

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not become a member or use the Site.

2) Educational Purpose Only — No Medical Advice

Autism Recovery System provides educational resources, clinical insights, treatment frameworks, downloadable tools, parent guidance, and physician-led educational content intended to support learning.

Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The information provided is not intended to replace:

  • Your physician
  • Your child’s pediatrician
  • Licensed therapists
  • Mental health professionals
  • Emergency medical care

Always consult your qualified healthcare provider before beginning, changing, or discontinuing any treatment, supplement, diet, medication, or therapy.

Use of the Site does not establish a doctor-patient relationship.

3) Memberships, Courses, and Digital Products

Your membership may include one or more of the following:

  • Membership access
  • Educational courses
  • Downloadable protocols and forms
  • Parent forum access
  • Video libraries
  • Webinar replays
  • Physician educational lectures
  • Bonus PDFs, checklists, and treatment guides

All content is licensed for personal household use only unless otherwise stated, during the course of your active membership. 

You may not:

  • Share your login credentials
  • Reproduce or distribute materials
  • Upload ANY Autism Recovery System content to third-party sites
  • Resell any downloads, videos, or resources
  • Use the content for commercial redistribution

We reserve the right to suspend access for any unauthorized sharing or misuse.

4) Subscription Billing and Automatic Renewal

If you enroll in a recurring membership or subscription, your membership will automatically renew on the billing schedule selected at checkout (monthly, quarterly) unless canceled at least 72 hours before the next renewal date.

By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all recurring fees.

Pricing is subject to change, but any pricing changes will apply only to future billing cycles.

5) Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your recurring membership at any time, however, all membership fees up to the date of membership renewal or cancelation are fully earned by Autism Recovery System and Health Training Associates, LLC.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before your next scheduled renewal date.

Once canceled:

  • Your membership remains active through the end of your current paid billing period
  • No future recurring charges will be made
  • Access to member-only content ends at the close of the paid term
  • Forum access and bonus resources may be removed at expiration

Failure to use your membership does not constitute cancellation or entitle you to a refund.

6) Refund Policy

Because Autism Recovery System provides immediate access to digital educational materials, downloadable resources, streaming video content, and proprietary treatment guidance, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

Memberships

  • Monthly memberships are non-refundable once billed
  • Annual memberships are non-refundable after purchase
  • No prorated refunds are provided for partial membership periods.

Courses and Digital Products

  • One-time digital course purchases are non-refundable once access is granted
  • Downloadable products, PDFs, and protocol guides are non-refundable

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to duplicate billing, technical access errors, or accidental duplicate purchases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Approved exceptions are granted solely at our discretion.

7) Community Forum Conduct

Access to private parent or member forums is a privilege.

Users agree not to post:

  • Harassing or abusive language
  • False medical claims
  • Spam or promotional content
  • Defamatory statements
  • Private health information of third parties without consent
  • Illegal, harmful, or dangerous treatment advice

We reserve the right to remove posts, suspend forum privileges, or terminate membership access for conduct that disrupts the safety and integrity of the community.

8) Personal Responsibility 

You are personally responsible for all information you share in any area of this website, including the forum, via email and in personal messaging.  Please be aware that this website may not be completely private and information communicated MAY NOT be HIPAA compliant.  You are also personally responsible for any statements, claims and comments you make to our personnel or other users.  You are not indemnified by us in anyway. 

9) Intellectual Property

All Site materials, including but not limited to:

  • Videos
  • Course slides
  • Written treatment frameworks
  • Downloadable forms
  • PDFs
  • Branding
  • Logos
  • Website copy
  • Protocol sequences

are the exclusive intellectual property of Autism Recovery System and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Health Training Associates, LLC and Autism Recovery System, their partners, principals, representatives, employees and associates are not liable for:

  • Decisions made based on Site content
  • Supplement or treatment outcomes
  • Adverse reactions
  • Parent or caregiver implementation errors
  • Technical interruptions
  • Temporary loss of access
  • Third-party platform outages

Your use of the Site and Services is at your own risk.

11) Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Unauthorized content sharing
  • Payment disputes or chargebacks
  • Forum misconduct
  • Abuse toward staff or community members
  • Fraudulent activity

12) Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, stored, and used.

13) Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from use of the Site shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

14) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
